Terms and Conditions

All gift voucher sales are final, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Heron Island is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers or any unauthorised use of the gift vouchers. The gift voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period or it will be forfeit. Standard amendment and cancellation fees will apply for bookings made using a gift voucher.
