Cancellations policy
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you; however we understand that plans change. If you do need to change or cancel your treatment reservation you are required to provide four hours notice. Without notice, the full charge of your treatment will apply.
- To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend making advanced bookings prior to check-in as the spa gets booked out.
- Our Spa environment lends itself only to those 16 years of age and over.
- All prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.
